The\u00a0gonorrhea<\/strong>\u00a0is a disease of\u00a0sexual transmission<\/strong>l caused by the\u00a0bacteria\u00a0Neisseria gonorrhoeae<\/em><\/strong>, which affects both\u00a0men as well as women<\/strong>. Like other STDs, it is transmitted during sexual intercourse.<\/p>
